My family has ordered kringle from bakeries in Racine, WI for 50 years. A few years ago it seemed...different, and I asked, and got told that yes they no longer use all butter but a mixture of hydrogenated oil and butter.

And I quit buying it.

So--do you use all butter? There is definitely a market for that, and if you do I would tell it so that others who are searching as I am will know where to find you.

And if you don't, of course, please feel free to delete this comment!
